About the Author
W. Jason Gilmore has been obsessing over all things open source related for almost ten years, with a primary focus on web development technologies. He has been extensively published in publications such as, TechTarget, and Linux Magazine, with his work adopted for use within United Nations and Ford Foundation educational programs. Jason is the author of four books, most recently the best-selling Beginning PHP and MySQL 5, Second Edition, published by Apress.
